Phillips has to accept any trade. He declined going to Washington earlier this year, and from all accounts I've heard, he loves Cincinnati and doesn't want to leave.

Plus, he'd never go to St. Louis.

Sooooo many things wrong with this.
1) Phillips plays for the REDS, not the Phillies.
2) Phillies have Franco at 3B and wouldn't need P. Wisdom
3) Wisdom hasn't ISO above .105 since moving above A ball

I could go on, but will end there.

If Phillips didn't want to go to Washington, he surely will not want to go St. Louis.

1. I doubt Phillips waives his no trade clause.
2. I doubt the Reds would trade with a division rival.
