Giants receive: Ben Revere

Phillies fan here and I think we should jump on that. But why would SF want Revere? Seems like wishful thinking.

Guys, Revere is not a good player to trade for. Despite his. 290 average, his OBP is only about 10 points higher, he is a terrible defender, doesn't steal all that many bases, and is the least powerful player in the majors.

The Giants need an upgrade in center field and Ben Revere would certainly be an upgrade over Blanco since Pagan has been out.
