The Cubs wouldn't do that deal before they got Lester, the're definitely not doing it now they do have Lester.

Castro isn't getting traded. He and Rizzo are the only definitelys in a sea of probablys. So until LF, CF, RF, 3B, and 2B get filled with definitelys and there is a 'pretty much a sure thing' prospect ready to be called up, Castro is staying a Cub.

3B is covered by Kris Bryant and he isn't going anywhere.

If Castro keeps getting himself in poor situations in the DR, he might not be a cub. He might end up in a prison or dead.
