and Reds wouldn't trade Phillips and Bruce for Hill and De La Rosa
with the moves Arizona is pulling right now
Reds would want to more prospects and Arizona would give them even though it is unnecessary.

de la Rosa and Hill for Bruce and Phillips? I cannot envision Cincinnati accepting that offer under any circumstances. And Matusz is not a free agent.

He is listed as one, Google MLB free agent tracker 2016 and go to spotrac. com and choose the reliever position and scroll down and you will see his name.

An even if he isn't they should trade to get him. Maybe trade Tuffy and prospects to get him. Or maybe trade Thomas to get him since he hasn't worked out for the D-Backs so maybe a more hitter friendly park would help him. And Baltamore needs an outfielder too. And then to take Thomas's spot on the bench they could sign someone like Steave Pearce or Will Venable or maybe even Johnny Gomes but some outfielder with power to come off the bench.
