Better than mine I posted a few weeks ago, but Cabrera isn't really a need right now because of Jorge Polanco obviously ready to handle the position next year.

I like matt Weiters But how much longer can he play catcher and we would not be able to play him at first base.

I'm not as confident in Polanco, not sure his defense is ready for the majors
And I agree with you on Wieters, I was think it would be a 4/5 year deal. Which I think he'd be able to catch for the first three at least

Now it isn't that the trade is horrible for the Twins, but how does he fit with this team?
He's not been much better over the course of his career than any of the Twins top guys right now. He also blocks Berrios and takes a rotation spot that they don't have to give and, if I'm not mistaken, he will be a free agent at the end of the year.

Twins are one of the teams that Papelbon can block a trade to, and I doubt the Twins would want that clubhouse cancer around all their young guys.

Buxton has shown here is major league ready in everything except hitting, so they still might have him in AAA in order to let his bat catch up a bit, And I don't really know who it would be, there hasn't been any real connection with free agents, that's why I would assume the bullpen help will come from within.
It could be any of Graham, Dean, Rogers, Melotakis, Meyer, etc.
