Lets say the Mets sign Yoenis Céspedes.
Where do you think Jay Bruce best fits for a trade? Heard the Mets could be looking for another back end arm.
I was thinking:
White Sox for David Robertson and top 15 prospect
or
O's for Darren O'Day and top 15 prospect
Is that good value and what other teams do you think Match up?

If the Mets trade Bruce its to shed salary. They would not be able to afford Cespedes without sheding the $13 million Bruce is earning (coming from a Mets fan) . I would love another RP because we need it, but i don't think its someone with any type of contract.

Mets get - Sean Doolittle
As get - Dillon Gee & Cesar Puello
Mets get - Chris Owens and take Cody Ross (salary dump)
Diamondbacks get - Murphy (4 year extention let's say 4 year for 44mill) / Montero / Nieuwenhuis
Free Agents
Kelly Johnson - 1 year for 2mil
Ryan Doumit - 1 year for 4mil

1.) The A's maybe trading their players, but I don't think they will trade everyone. Doolittle won't be going anywhere. I also don't believe that trade would happen.
2.) Very interesting, taking on Ross' contract and Owings in exchange for murphy and montero could have some legs, especially if the Dbacks would rather keep Gregorius as their shortstop. That being said I don't think the Doolittle trade is as realistic considering the A's signed him long term to be their closer at a decently high rate for a reliever and considering he'd only be a Lefty specialist for us I think this may not work for either team. I do however think a trade for O'Flarehty or Abad from them might be a fit though. Plus they're worth much less. Could do Puello and another prospect for either one.

Mets would be lucky to get Dugger or Martinez. No shot they get Reynolds.
They probably can get a teams 10th best prospect and a lower level guy.
Dont think the Mets would do that. Didi inst that much of a upgrade over Flores. They should save Montero and include him in a bigger deal for Guys like Owens, Castro and Ramirez
