MIL- Desmond Jennings
Tampa Bay- Jonathan Lucroy

Jennings is young and is a good all around player with few big issues, and Lucroy wants out and will not sign with the Brewers anyway so Jennings is a good return.

yankees_saints

1.) 22 Jan 2016 00:17:35
Brewers want younger players, most likely prospects.

2.) 22 Jan 2016 00:56:10
Nice try, Jennings has missed so much time the past two years because of injury and you expect that to be enough to get an all star catcher yea right, maybe if you add 2 of your top 5 prospects as well as at least one other propsect to the deal it would be a start.

3.) 22 Jan 2016 01:35:52
Brandon Jennings is BJ Upton 2.0.

4.) 22 Jan 2016 11:50:29
Not enough for Lucroy. Rays would have to pay more, but they need a player of his caliber.

5.) 22 Jan 2016 15:12:55
Who the hell is Brandon Jennings? I'm 99.9% sure he plays basketball walker so I assume you meant Desmond.

6.) 22 Jan 2016 18:00:57
If you're 99.9% sure he plays basketball, why did you ask who he was?

7.) 22 Jan 2016 20:08:35
Desmond isn't B. J. or Melvin or whatever his name is
they r totally different players
Desmond doesn't K as much.

TEX: Johnathan Lucroy
MIL: Nomar Mazara.

1.) 21 Jan 2016 04:17:54
This is a joke right.

2.) 21 Jan 2016 13:32:43
Toss in a couple more guys from Texas to get this done.

3.) 21 Jan 2016 23:22:32
Originally it was not a joke but when I typed it out I knew it sounded ridiculous and I didn't know how to build off it so any suggestions on who Texas would have to throw in?

how about this. let's say Alex Gordon doesn't resign in KC this is a good trade if he does then the trade doesn't make much sense

KC- Ben Revere, Marco Estrada
Tor- Greg Holland

It's a weird trade, Holland is undergoing tommy John and Toronto could wait this one out, but Reveres contract is over at the end of 2016, Marco Estrada can be let go, and Toronto can get a great reliever. KC can move on with the bullpen they used in the playoffs, and get a replacement LF adding more speed to their team. It's a weird trade on both sides so I'll take any opinions.

yankees_saints

1.) 14 Nov 2015 07:27:38
Didn't KC non-tend Holland.

2.) 14 Nov 2015 13:02:35
And didn't Marco Estrada just resign, why would they resting him just to trade him.

3.) 14 Nov 2015 13:47:42
Greg Holland is a free agent after being non-tendered.

4.) 14 Nov 2015 14:36:36
Oh I never heard about that. my bad.

5.) 14 Nov 2015 14:36:57
Sometimes what you check isn't always true because I checked some sites.

Yankees-Collin Mchugh, Prospect
Astros- Brett Gardner, Ivan Nova, Slade Heathcott

Yankees traded for Aaron Hicks who is a great defender and very quick and I think that opens a good trade. Collin Mchugh is an amazing young pitcher who the Yankees would love. Gardner slots into the Astros lineup and opens another Carlos Gomez trade. Ivan Nova and Slade Heathcott are both young players with decent futures.

1.) 11 Nov 2015 23:34:43
Terrible for the Yankees. If they are talking to the Mariners about Gardner for Paxton, which will be bigger than that, surely they can get way better than McHugh for Gardner, Nova and Heathcott.

Orioles offseason Let Davis, O'Day walk trade Miguel Gonzalez and Tommy Hunter to Mets for Jonathon Niese, Cash I think the Orioles need pitching.

yankees_saints

1.) 17 Oct 2015 00:18:57
Woah woah woah. Hold up! They might not have a choice but to let Davis walk and get a Howard/LaRoche. Secondly Oday has been one of their best relievers for the past couple seasons. Tommy hunter is on the Cubs and has been for awhile. Also you say they need pitching but let's say they still have hunter, why trade 2 for 1? Just horrible man.

Since Greinke has pretty much opted out of his contract here are some likely landing locations
LAA
TEX
NYY

I think he will most likely Sign With LAA triggering this trade
Angels trade: Cron, Wilson, cash
Toronto for: Kevin Pillar
I think Cron will be trade bait or a backup DH
Wilson will fit in a 3-4 spot in the rotation
Cash to take Wilsons contract
Kevin Pillar is a solid fielder who can hopefully full some out field needs for the Angels

Texas is the second most likely but after that they won't do much

If he goes to the Yankees they will probably have a bit of an issue with cap space so he finally goes to the Angels most likelyy.

yankees_saints

1.) 18 Oct 2015 14:55:45
No way on earth do the Blue Jays move Pillar for that. This is horrendous.

Also, there is no cap space in baseball and the Yankees have shown they don't care about the luxury tax. why would they start caring now?

2.) 18 Oct 2015 18:50:48
what about the Giants Dodgers and Cubs? Just cause he's opting out doesn't mean he hates being with the Dodgers in fact he said he enjoyed it. I don't see the Angels as a landing spot for him, they already have enough good pitchers, especially if shoemaker can go back to his 2014 self.

3.) 19 Oct 2015 05:03:01
Angels are automatically out. Texas has Hamels and Darvish would make for an interesting rotation, but I don't see them putting up the money. Yankees are probably still weary as to whether he can handle New York or not. And the Dodgers aren't necessarily out. If he were to sign with the Angels, don't you think that he would have resigned there 4 years ago when he was traded there? Cap space, there's no such thing in baseball.

Stephen Drew is a FA so it can't be in the trade and Ian Desmond WILL not go to the Cubs and get 25M per year. The Cubs don't need another infielder

I think the Dodgers get Price and sign him to an 6yr 100M
at trade and also get Al Alberquerque. I think the Dodgers give up Corey Seager and Yasmani Grandal.
It'll help the Dodgers Rotation giving them a 1-2-3 lunch with Greinke,Kershaw, and Price. They will also get an ok reliever who can help a bit.
The Tigers get a very highly desired prospect and one that can help them in 1-2 years and open up a trade for Jose Iglesias soon. They also get Yasmani Grandal who has been great this year. In the Future I think the Tigers are the real winners.

ok here's one

Indians-Jake Odorizzi, Brad Boxberger

Rays-Carlos Santana,Brandon Moss

You have a 1B but not a great DH so Brandon Moss steps in. You have a C but not a great one so that's where Santana steps in. The Rays pretty much give up a bad reliever and a destined SP for two sluggers
