Angels get: Bryant, Bogaerts, 1 top 5 prospect from both Boston and Chicago

Red Sox get: Calhoun, Willson Contreras, Jorge Soler, Javier Baez


The Angels are going to make out like bandits with any trade for Trout. It will certainly hurt any team that trades for him.

^^If you read my comment, I said it won't happen, ever. I actually included that into the original post, and am unsure why it didn't show up on here. (Not the first time I've had my posts edited on here) .

I don't think Mike Trout will be traded. But if he does get traded, it'll take the most insane package ever. One that I strongly doubt a single team could put together and still be a good team. It'll likely take a second team including on of their best young players.

If the people who post stuff on this site think any of it will happen, they are delusional anyways.

In this instance, take the trade as more of an example. Two PREMIUM stars, plus a bunch of elite, high-level prospects in a trade for Mike Trout.

You guys can't be this dense, can you? (Based on the trades here, perhaps you can be. )

Their farm system is depleted too. You really think they are going to get something better than Wilson? You should probably check out cjs stats. He's had one subpar year and he isn't injury prone. Before last year he started over 30 games for five straight years.

Also, you're talking about an organization that has more homegrown talent on their 40-man roster than any team in baseball.

How about you wait until that's not the case before saying their farm system is "depleted"
