Since Jay Bruce to Toronto doesn't seem promising any more here's a trade with the Giants.

Giants get Jay Bruce
Mets get Bryan Reynolds, Steven Dugger, and Rodolfo Martinez

Mets would be lucky to get Dugger or Martinez. No shot they get Reynolds.
They probably can get a teams 10th best prospect and a lower level guy.

I think they could do this because the window to sign someone else is closing and this might be one of the better options left.

Mets need to deal Bruce just to get rid of his salary. Anything back is a plus. Anything.
