I think the Rays are going to trade Matt Joyce to the Pirates for Andrew McCutchen. sounds fair to me.

How about Chris Archer for Gattis?

Matt Joyce does not have the ability to draw more than the lint in the opposing teams' pockets. And that might be too much.

^Archer's a young No. 2 who's still cheap. The Rays won't give him up for Gattis, who, while powerful, is limited in his usefulness.

The point is, the Braves want a fairly big return for Gattis.

Matt Joyce and Logan Forsythe doesn't scream "good return"
