Phillies trade Cole Hamels,Mitch Walding, and Ryan Howard or Utley which ever one works

No way Phillies do that trade. Harrison has back issues. They are not going to want him

The only believable aspect to this is that Hamels does not list the Rangers on his no trade clause. Other than that, not happening.

This is not a real good trade for Hamels. I would think the Phillies would want one of those young middle infielders of the Rangers. And I don't think the Rangers would have a use for Howard. Utley has stated he is not waiving his no trade clause and is going down with the ship so to speak.

I tend to believe that Hamels will be traded over the next couple of months, but it won't be to Texas. This package won't do it.

I also think Hamels is going to require at least one of Texas' major prospects. Either Gallo or Alfaro and then go from there.
