Bluejays offseason
Sign price 7year 200 mIl
Sign buerle 1 year 16 mil with extra year option.
Keep dickey for one more year
Sign nefteli Feliz 3year 20mil.
Other than that they need nothing to be a World Series champion team two years in a row. Seeing as they will win this year for sure!

Now we just have to wait for someone with no knowledge to say they can't afford this. Ownership is one of the richest in the league and city size only New York and LA are bigger

Price

Eventhough a team's payroll has a lot more to do with how much the team itself makes, than how much the owner is worth. That's not the problem with the scenario. Buerhle and Feliz won't get that much and on the flip side. It's going to cost a lot more to keep Price in Toronto.

Toronto doesn't have the funds to bring that much back. Consider the following:

-Donaldson is arbitration eligible and is almost guaranteed to make over $10M next year. and he'll only get more expensive.
-Russell Martin's contract jumps from 7.5 to 15M.
-Dickey's option costs $12M
-They have to pay Tulo $20M a year through 2019 (then it goes down after that)
-They will pick up Bautista's option ($14M)
-They'll likely want to pick up Encarnacion's option as well ($10M)
-Revere is arb-eligible, so he'll get quite a bit more than his $3.9M he's making now.

Add in Price's low-ball offer and Feliz's comically high offer, not counting arbitration costs, the team is already spending significantly more than they spent this year.

You're looking at around $160-180M in contracts, which, again, is quite a bit more than they spend this year. I don't see Toronto doing it.
